Nilego® HYDROSTOPMAL A+B TWO-COMPONENT POLYMER HYDROISOLATION COMPOUND

Nilego® HYDROSTOPMAL A+B is a two-component polymer hydro insulation compound for walls, flat roofs, basements, bathrooms, foundations, pools, fountains, balconies, tanks and any other concrete surface. The film obtained with Nilego®HYDROSTOPMAL A+B is durable and waterproof.

FEATURES: Bridges cracks, is resistant to frost, economical, non-toxic, easy to operate, elastic, protects concrete from water and moisture, two-component product, adheres well to the substrate, does not contain chlorides and is non-flammable.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Appearance: Component A is a gray powder, Component B is a white liquid.
• Specific weight: 1,15-1,20gr./cm3
• Drying time: at a temperature of 20C it is 2-3 hours, while for complete drying it takes 24-48 hours.
• The product is environmentally friendly, water-based, non-toxic and non-flammable.
• It is extremely durable in bad weather
• After its complete drying, it has a permanent and long-lasting effect.

WORK INSTRUCTIONS:

The surface before applying “Nilego® HYDROSTOPMAL” must be clean, free of dust and grease, it is recommended to be coated with “Nilego® POLIGRUND” for better adhesion.
PREPARATION OF Nilego®HYDROSTOPMAL: Component B (white liquid) is added to component A (gray powder) by continuous mixing with an electric mixer at 300-350 rpm. The mixture is ready when it is completely homogenized. It is applied on the driest possible surface, with a brush or roller in two to three layers depending on the need and purpose. Each subsequent layer is applied when the previous one is completely dry. It must not come into contact with water or any other liquid until it is completely dry. The total thickness of the layer is 1-2mm. In case of possible damage to the coated surface, simply coat it again. Application of “Nilego®HYDROSTOPMAL” is performed exclusively at temperatures from +5°C to + 35°C and it is not recommended to work outside these temperatures. If necessary, it can be reinforced with glass mesh, microfiber fibers or polyester cloth on edges and couplings. Wash utensils and hands with water. Shelf life: 1 year in original unopened packaging and well stored in rooms with temperatures from +5°C to + 35°C. Prolonged exposure to the sun is not recommended. The product must not freeze.

Consumption: Depending on the need and roughness of the surface, the consumption is: 2-2,5 kg/m2 (in case of strain water and moisture) and 3-4 kg/m3 (in case of increased water pressure).
